About Me

Turning my love of the entertainment industry into a profession.

I’m an enthusiastic problem solver with a diverse background in Government, Telecommunications, Sales, Events, and Entertainment. My work ethic is my strongest trait which has served me to excel in any endeavor I have pursued. These Achievements include:

  • Rapidly moving into management shortly after completing my apprenticeship

  • Selling out the Step Inn on the band’s debut show (Capacity of 200 people)

  • Selling out Rosies twice (Capacity of 360 People)

  • Being invited to train at Wrestle Rampage in Adelaide alongside names such as Aj Istria, Damien Slater (WWE: Cruiserweight Classic Competitor), and Jonah Rock (WWE: FKA Bronson Reed)

  • Awarded Rookie of the year with the Australian Wrestling Alliance

  • Awarded the Homecoming Cup in my rookie year at the Australian Wrestling Alliance

  • Establishing the key performance indicators for an educational start-up

  • Being part of a championship-winning gridiron team

  • Completing my bachelor's degree with a GPA of 6.5

Work ethic was not the only contributing factor to the above results. Having the ability to work independently, sound decision-making under pressure, having a strong customer focus, willingness to learn, asking questions, being unafraid of making a mistake, and thriving in a team environment has also been integral to my working career success.

My ideal role would be within Talent Management as I’m passionate about developing new talent and seeing someone’s true potential shine through. I believe that talent management is becoming too reliant on technology to a point where the human connection is becoming a second thought. My mission is to provide better experiences for employees and use technology as a tool to enhance the human connection and not replace it.

I am willing to start at the bottom and do whatever it takes to become successful in this industry. I’m also willing to relocate anywhere in the world for any opportunities that arise. If you would like to connect with me and talk about opportunities you may have available that I would be a perfect fit for, please don’t hesitate to contact me and download my resume below.

My Skills

  • Asset Management

During my contract with Optus, I had to learn how to manage over 5000 VoIP handsets for Brisbane City Council. This involved extensive database management to ensure replacement handsets were ordered and faulty handsets were dispatched

  • Coaching and Leadership

Being part of large and small businesses has given me the best insights into what my best managers did right and what my worst manager did wrong in getting the most out of their employees. The biggest trait for a successful manager from my experience is trust

  • Sales and Negotiation

Spending the last 4 years in direct sales has given me a deep understanding of sales processes and cycles. The most notable negotiations I have been part of are: Onboarding 3 Cold Rock Ice Creamery franchises and onboarding the Queensland Cricketing Club for social media marketing services

  • Talent Management

Taking talent to the next stage in their career is where I want to pursue professionally. I believe that this area has become too reliant on technology and has lost sight of its original purpose. The human connection. My goal is to blend the strategies and techniques of artist management and bring them into the human resources field. Implementing technology should enhance this connection and not replace it

  • Talent Development

Talent development is a passion of mine. I enjoy seeing the potential burst through talented people. My graduate project saw this, especially with the character Outback Adam. After filming wrapped he said to me “What I loved most about this project is that it made me think how my character would actually react under a serious situation. I’ve never thought about it before. until now” Hearing that made me feel like the project was a success no matter what outcomes were achieved

  • Project Management

As part of my Bachelor of Entertainment Business Management, I successfully produced a pilot television show. You can see it for yourself by clicking the PORTFOLIO button below and then selecting PROJECT TWO. This was completed using the PMBOK methodology

My Interests

Video Games

I’ve played video games since a young child. I have found that I absorb stories better when they are interactive. I believe that video games are the way of the future with learning and storytelling.

Professional Wrestling

Always being a fan of WWE and WCW, I found myself in a position of becoming a professional wrestler. My character's name was Nick Visic. A descendant of a Croatian immigrant who loves salami. Although I’m no longer an in-ring competitor, I am still involved and provide stage management services to Pro Wrestling League on a volunteer basis to give back to the industry and help develop talent.

American Football

Seeing these giants wearing helmets and shoulder pads always amazed me. I saw them as modern-day gladiators going to battle. While the game is complex by nature, the best way I’ve heard it described is that it’s like human chess

Music and Guitar

I started my journey in the entertainment industry as a musician for a heavy metal band called High Plains Drifter. While the rockstar dream didn’t work out the way I had hoped, I have always kept my passion for bringing smiles, laughter, and tears to audiences to help them forget about the struggles that may be facing, even if it’s for 5 minutes.
